My sleep schedule was weird, so i had my coffee on the balcony while watching the Maryland Football game (started at 6AM my time) .
Around halftime I went to a Farmer's market. Bought Hawaiian coffee, salami snacks and dog treats. Then left for breakfast on the other side of the island for this HUGE Breakfast burrito. It is a beautiful drive, and half of it as I crossed the volcano Eggs, potato and pulled pork. Too much, but delicious. While sitting at Kono's North Shore, I decided to attend a the evenings University of Hawaii Football game, because why not.
Drove around the island's north shore remembering the same drive from 3 years ago and making notes of where I want to go later in the week.
After getting back to the hotel, I was tired as my body had not adjusted to the time, so I sat outside and read some of my book before it was time to go to the game. The drive and parking was easy and I had front row seat at the 8 yard line. Food is different as they had Poi and street tacos and poke bowls and lot's of White Claw. Met some interesting people that I remember nothing about and had one of the best Cheeseburgers for dinner at half time. I wanted a Hot Dog, but they were sold out. Fresh lemonade sweetened with sugar cane for my drink, and only to 30 minutes to get back to the hotel where I sat outside and enjoyed the evening.
