One particular harbor

Today, the penultimate day, was spent in Moorea. I took another off-road safari to see the sights of the island. In addition to the standard flora and fauna we saw a pineapple plantation and sugar cane farm. We sped past Cooks Bay on the way to a distillery where they distill both the pineapples and the sugar cane. While there was a free tasting of the fruit flavored spirits, there was no rum tasting.

Walked a bit and then back to the ship for lunch and a nap at the pool. Went to the farewell address of the crew, changed and had my final fantastic meal.

It is now time to pack as I have 3 1/2 to get my luggage into the hall/

I will spend tomorrow at the InterContinental Tahiti before my 9:10 PM flight, apparently a number of people from the cruise are at the InterContinental and taking the smae UNited flight to SFO.
